Take these two recently manufactured GMP Stainless-Steel Powered Lifters. Both raise and lower IBCs in pharmaceutical, clean-room environments – one lifting 50kg, the other 400kg!
The forks were designed to suit perfectly the individual IBCs and how they need to be manoeuvred in the production area. Whatever IBC, valve, drum, reel or other component you need to move, Mechandling are there to make sure you get the perfect lifter!
Both these lifters have now transformed a previously dangerous and imprecise procedure into a safe, smooth and efficient operation. The 400kg IBC lifter was fitted with a variable speed control to give extra precision when docking the IBC into position (see video below).
