Mechandling Proudly Unveil Our Latest Bespoke Stainless-Steel Drum Tipper

Mechandling are proud to announce the completion of our latest Bespoke Stainless-Steel Drum Tipper. The device was designed and hand built around the customer’s exact specifications, in order to solve a potentially dangerous material handling operation.

Here is the result – a hygienic, easy-to-clean machine, suitable for a pharmaceutical production environment. The lifter can handle multiple sizes of drum and weights of up to 300kg. It can invert a drum to almost 180 degrees in either direction to ensure all contents are removed, and it features a 2-button safety operation to prevent accidental unclamping of the drum.

As all our lifters are custom-built to suit our customers’ exact specifications, previously risky tasks can be handled safely. Lift height, Safe Working Load and angle of rotation can be designed around your precise needs.
